Founder & Key Strategist

A visionary, entrepreneur and thought leader, Bhaaskaran is an industry veteran with over 3 decades of experience managing sizeable P&L and 360-degree business dynamics. Expertise in consulting, strategizing, transformation and successfully managing established enterprise, start-ups, and turnkey ventures, he has worked in multi domain and multi-industry setups. He has worked with global brands like Hewlett-Packard, Watkins Motor Lines, Ford Motor Company, ABN AMRO, Alstom, and Shaw Wallace. Alumnus of IIMB, Gold medallist master’s in computer applications, and a Graduate in Science. He drives Hydenmet’s Vision, overall business strategy, market & business development, partnerships & alliances and creating realistic business models.

Jeevan Sangram Dash

Having rich experience in several initiatives aimed at creating long-lasting social impact, Jeevan Sangram has been an entrepreneur for over 16 years. He comes with a deep understanding of the multi-dimensional dynamics of Indian Agriculture, specifically addressing the needs of the farmers and rural women, having been involved in several projects through his venture, Kalpavriksh (an NGO) and his key roles in organizations such as Basal Initiatives and Finish Services Management Company. A certified Financial Analyst and having a degree in Mass Communication, Jeevan spent early part of his career as a journalist. He drives Sales & Marketing in Agriculture across India and also manages Hydenmet’s East Operations.

Heta Sheth

Head of Environment Curriculum

With a Master’s degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Heta started her career with Indus International School, Bangalore a leading and a highly respected International School in India. Started as a Mathematics Teacher, she rose to being the IGCSE Coordinator and became the Head of Middle School, before leaving Indus International School after a 11-year stint. She comes with huge experience in Curriculum planning & management, lesson planning, classroom management and bringing about differentiation. Coming with very strong leadership skills with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, she achieved the milestone of becoming an IGCSE certified examiner. Heta drives Environment Curriculum management for Hydenmet, responsible for mapping advanced Climate Learning topics to Science & Geography subject topics in CBSE, ICSE and International Curricula like IGCSE and IB.

Having close to three decades of rich experience in Information Technology, Business Management, Project Management, Social Service and IT Consulting to Government departments, Rajesh brings a lot of value to building an organization. Having a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering and an alumnus of IIMB, Rajesh spent 11 years of his career in the corporate world, serving in key roles in Aris Global, Itreya Technologies, and Hewlett-Package Enterprise. His wide experience in IT consulting to the private and public sector enterprises, makes him a digital transformation leader. He drives Sales & Marketing on an All-India basis as well as liaising with various Government departments and ministries both at state and central Governments for Hydenmet.

Kishore comes with over 14 years of experience in Business Development, Sales and Marketing. His experience spans multiple industry verticals & domains including Pharma, IT & ITES, Education and Infrastructure. He comes with a good track record of managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Having an MBA degree in Marketing & HR, he has been involved in Customer Relationship Management, collaborations, partnerships & alliances both in private and Government sectors. Kishore drives sales & marketing and partnerships & alliances for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for Hydenmet.

Ashwitha comes with a decade of experience in Marketing, Customer Relationship Management and Human Resource Management. Having a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Ashwitha has played key marketing and CRM roles in many IT & ITES organizations. Abhay is highly qualified starting with M.Sc., in Plant Breeding from PKV, Akola, M. Tech., in Industrial & Agricultural Systems Management from IIT Kharagpur, followed by M.S., in Naturl Resource Management & Sustainable Agriculture from Noragric, Norway. Over 30+ years of work experience of working in multi-disciplinary and multi stakeholder environment with National & International Organisations on Environment, agriculture & Rural development, Renewable energy. Good exposure of corporate sector and international consulting firms on various aspects of project management, strategic planning, evaluation and monitoring. Consultant to Ministry of New and Renewable Energies (MNRE), Ministry of Rural Development, CAPART and International organisations like to NORAD/ SDC/IFC/ GIZ/ Kfw /FORD Foundation/ UNDP and NGOs.

Incorporated in 2019 and headquartered in Bangalore, India, Hydenmet has been building solutions that provide Environmental Intelligence focused on awareness creation and decision support for operational continuity, people safety and reduction of economic losses. Through data collected from ground-mounted sensors and satellites, Hydenmet offers a comprehensive end-to-end solution to farmers for every crop-cycle covering pre-seeding, seeding to harvest and harvest to revenues.

Putting together latest technologies including an automatic weather station, and weather visualization & alerting tools integrated with a climate learning & research platform, Hydenmet offers an amazing STEM program for K-12 schools aimed at awareness creation and international exposure for research & collaboration benefiting teachers and students.

Consuming data from lightning sensors and automatic weather stations, Hydenmet offers mobile applications for location-based alerting for lightning, dangerous thunderstorms, and other unsafe weather conditions. The mobile applications are available on Apple and Google Play stores. From a clean and green energy standpoint, Hydenmet is investing in Lithium-ion batteries technology and waste to energy technologies.
